Here’s the list:

#1 – Send Emails!

Send Targeted and automated emails to prospects and clients.

So really,  this one should be like 5 bullet points or 5 reasons because there’s so much under the category.

It’s not just simple broadcast emails to send regular newsletters, this is smart automated marketing.

You can program the system to send the right message, to the right person at the right time!

So it increases the effectiveness of the email and that’s what you want!

Automate Your Follow Up

Remember, follow up is key!

Did you know that 65% of people did not buy from a service provider because they didn’t follow up?

Don’t let that happen to you.  Automate your follow up process.

#2 – Send Invoices

This one is pretty straightforward, and it gives you the ability to send out invoices to your clients.

Oh, and there’s a direct integration into Quickbooks so you don’t need to do any double entry!

#3 – Automate tasks that should be automated

Those same tasks that you should not be doing, because they can be automated!

As a small business owner, you should be delegating tasks and setting up processes to handle the things that don’t require your personal touch.

#4 – Handling recurring billing plans or subscriptions

Collect the payment once with the integrated payment pages, and Infusionsoft securely stores and encrypts the credit card data for future charges.  You’re PCI compliant and your customers data is safe.

You’ll collect your payment every month automatically, and all you have to do is log in and check the reports!

You can add your own merchant account and plug it into the ecommerce module through the use of the Authorize.net payment gateway. As of late September, 2020, Keap is only allowing certain payment gateways to be integrated into the software.

#5 – Capture Leads (lead pages & sales pages)

This is also one that should be like 5 bullet points on this list, because it’s an important one.

You can use the pages as hosted links, embed them into your website, use the WordPress plugin or integrate with other landing page software like Leadpages, Elementor, or Thrivethemes.

Infusionsoft let’s you design hosted pages that can be used as stand alone page links which means you don’t have to program it into your website or anything like that.

Create landing pages that capture your propects email addresses so you can build your prospect list and sell more products and services.

#6 – Manage Your Contacts (CRM)

Yes, it is a CRM!

If you’re not using a system that let’s you track your sales and customer activity and store notes pertaining to a client record, you really should have a system to do that.

The tagging system is great.

You can create tag lists based on prospect interest, tag a contact based on the product they’ve purchased, their interests, behaviors, actions they’ve taken with you.

#7 – Set up internal forms (internal company tasks)

Sort of like hiring a personal assistant or taking some of those repetitious tasks that no one likes doing and quite frankly you shouldn’t be doing yourself or paying anyone to do it, because a you can set it up to automatically happen with infusionsoft.

I.e. someone buys something from you and a manager or customer service person at your company should initiate a customer welcome email and trigger the onboarding process.

#8 – Record your appointments (Calendar)

Integrations like ScheduleOnce.com calendar application can be added for just $7/month and you’ll never miss an appointment again!

Never, again, will you have to send the email’s back and forth trying to nail down a time to meet or talk with someone by phone.  Send them your perminent calendar link!

#9 – There’s a marketplace

You can scale with employees by adding additional users to your accounts and granting permissions to certain client records.

The software has an API so it can be integrated with other software systems.

The marketplace allows you to buy campaigns, add additional features and functionality to your account and overall, increase the efficiency of your Infusionsoft application.

#10. It allows you to scale because It’s an all in one solution

There’s something really great about having a tool that can boost your productivity and efficiency within your company!

If you’ve never had a CRM, want to look at a new one, or are interested in being one of the most
