Once the CardConnect merchant account is set up, your CardPointe account is live and active!

How To Set Up Your CardPointe Account [Video Transcript]

FEATURED VIDEO

Hello everyone Brian Manning here with a CardPointe video on How to set up your CardPointe Account.

Access to the CardPointe payments platform comes with your merchant account so there’s no additional cost or registration fee.

It’s your reporting tool and access to view your batch totals, statements and individual transactions as well as access to the CardPointe virtual terminal.

The way to set up  your account is to go to the home page of CardConnect.com and come over here to the LOG IN link at the top right of the screen and click the link

From the online access page you’ll click “LOG IN AS A MERCHANT” and the login screen will come up.

You bookmark this page for future use because once your account is set up this is where you’ll log in.

In order to register your account, just click right here on the SIGN UP hyperlink

From here you’’ll just fill out your Merchant ID number, your Tax ID or Social Security number (which ever you used to register your Merchant account)

Then fill out your billing zip code and click SUBMIT TO CONFIRM

The system will email you with a confirmation link to complete the process.

The email should look like this, with the subject line that reads:  “Welcome to Card Connect!”

And you’ll just scroll down here and click ACCESS CARDPOINTE button

Once you do that you’ll be taken to this final registration screen that will allow you to create a new password for your account.

Your username will be the email address that you used to register your account.

*Please note, that when creating your account, this will be the same password that you’ll use to sign in to the mobile app. Click the link in the description to learn more about the mobile app and all of its capabilities

Once you set the password, you simply click the button  to register and you’re granted immediate access to your CardPointe dashboard.

So that’s all you need to do  to set up the account, again it’s a very simple process.

If you don’t have a CardPointe merchant account yet, and would like to set one up, click on the link in the description box for details on how to do it.
