Transcript for video titled:  Stripe Invoice – How To Invoice your Customers Using Stripe Merchant Account

What’s up everyone,,, today I’m going to show you how to set up a page like THIS or THIS and how to connect it to your STripe account so you can collect payments from your customers

You can even add these payment links to your website menu or just email these payment links directly to your customer if you’re invoicing them

All if this with your free Stripe account and a specific software tool, coming up.

Stripe Invoice – How To Invoice your Customers Using Stripe Merchant Account

So the software tool that we can use to make this happen and it’s called SimplyPay

I’ll link to it in the description so you can go try it out for free.

This particular software is part of a payment system that I have recommended my clients and based on how your company takes payments from your customers, this workflow and system may apply to you

Here’s how it works.

We’re gonna connect the stripe account to Simplypay which is an invoicing system and a hosted payment page service

This video assumes that you have your Stripe merchant account already set up.  If you don’t just go to and sign up for free.

If you’re invoicing customers, you can use these payment links to email to them or you can just attach the payment links to your website as I mentioned at the beginning.

Connect stripe to SimplyPay, and simplypay produces this page where your customers can pay you

All payments are logged in your Stripe dashboard for reference AND simplypay logs the invoice as paid once it’s satisfied.

  1. Go to and click the GET STARTED FOR FREE button in the main menu and create your account

I’ll log into a test account to show you how to connect your stripe account

  1. Log in to Stripe and navigate to the api keys

Copy and paste them into your simplypay dashboard section

  1. Then you’re ready to create an invoice.

Click the CREATE form button

Now there’s two ways to use SimplyPay:

Invoice OR hosted payment page

and in this video we’re gonna cover the invoice template

Then you can grab your invoice payment link and attach it to your PDF invoice and email it to your client so you can get paid!.

If you don’t have any invoice templates yet and you want some free ones, you can download these for free and use them

There’s also a detailed tutorial video that shows you how to customize them for your business.

I have attached a link to these templates in the description.
